We can provide suggestions and recommendations for your order in the aspects of the total quantity, item material, item quality, artwork design, printing method, and printing quality.

Quotation

Adobe Illustrator (AI) file for your artwork design is mandatory for us to do price quoting. Once we have received the AI file, we will begin to perform price quoting and then issue you an official quotation in PDF format via WhatsApp or Email. 

Order

Then, we will issue an official invoice in PDF format (incl. visualize artwork) to you once you have agreed with the quotation. We will begin to process your order only after receiving full payment.

T-shirts will be will be printed and delivered within 2 to 14 working days (vary from order to order) starting from the date of full payment received. (after 2:00 p.m. consider the next working day). Other than that, for rush order, kindly contact us for more information.

Delivery / Pickup

We will notify our customers via WhatsApp or Email once the order is ready for delivery or pickup. Another value-added service from our company is we do provide free delivery service, with applied terms and conditions. Please refer to our shipping policy.
