Shipping & Delivery

GENZS Solution adopts Poslaju as our main logistic partner. For small quantity orders, we will always suggest to self pick-up or shipping by Poslaju as it is cheaper than our delivery service. The shipping price is 100% the same as the price quoted on Poslaju website.

If our customer requested our delivery service for some reason (ex. rush order), the standard price is RM80 one way within Klang Valley.

Self Pick-Up

For self pick-up, our collection point will be nearby Batu Caves, Selangor. The exact pick-up location will be shared via WhatsApp or Email after the deposit / full payment has been made.

Free Delivery

We do provide free delivery within Klang Valley, with a minimum order of printing services of 100 pieces of any items sold by our company. For an order that is less than printing services of 100 pieces of any items sold by our company, please self pick-up at our collection point, shipping by Poslaju for a fee or delivery by our company for a fee.
