Returns & Refunds
For any reasons that you are not satisfied with your products and services, please contact us within 3 days from goods receipt of your order and explain to us the reasons. Return will not be accepted after 3 days of goods receipt or if they have been worn, utilized or washed incorrectly.
In what situations items can/can't be returned and refunded?
Defects
- If the item has defects in the aspect of hygiene, skipped or missing stitches, dimensions out of tolerance, puckering, color fastness, dye stains or broken, returns and refunds are allowed.
- Returns and refunds are not allowed if the item defects are caused by the customers.
- Returns and refunds are not allowed if the defects are caused by third-party logistics (ex. Poslaju).

Order not ready after 14 working days
- Returns and refunds are allowed only when the order is still not ready after 14 working days.
- If the customer has already been informed by GENZS Solution prior to or within 3 days after payment that their order will take more than 14 working days to process, returns and refunds will not be allowed.
